The Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM) invites all interested parties to submit quotation for:

Supply, Installation of Aircon Units One (1) 5TR Floor Type and Two (2) 3TR Floor Type Inverter Airconditioner

Approved Budget: PHP 350,000.00

Quotations maybe submitted to BAC Secretariat, Administrative Services Division, CITEM, Golden Shell Pavilion, Roxas Blvd. cor. Gil Puyat Ave., Pasay City upon payment of Two Hundred Pesos (PHP200.00) for the bidding documents.

Deadline for submission of quotation will be on 20 June 2017, Tuesday at 11:00am at the same address.

• Company Profile
• Mayor’s Permit
• SEC/DTI Registration
• PhilGEPS Registration Number
• Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) duly stamped and received by BIR or Valid Tax Clearance
• Bid Securing Declaration
• Omnibus Sworn Statement
