The Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM) invites all interested parties to submit quotation for:

Supply, Install, Dismantle, and Haul of Scaffolding Signage for IFEX 2017

Approved Budget: PHP 100,000.00

Quotations maybe submitted to BAC Secretariat, Administrative Services Division, CITEM, Golden Shell Pavilion, Roxas Blvd. cor. Gil Puyat Ave., Pasay City during the pre-bid conference on 20 April 2017, Thursday at 2:00pm.

 

Deadline for submission of quotation will be on 25 April 2017, Tuesday at 11:00am at the same address.

Kindly submit your bid together with the following:

• Company Profile
• Mayor’s Permit
• SEC/DTI Registration
• PhilGEPS Registration Number
• Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) duly stamped and received by BIR or Valid Tax Clearance
• Bid Securing Declaration
• Omnibus Sworn Statement
