The Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM) invites all interested parties to submit quotation for:

Hiring of 3 Day Over-all Photography (April 21-23, 2017)

RE: Manila FAME April 2017

Approved Budget: PhP 450,000.00

Quotations maybe submitted to BAC Secretariat, Administrative Services Division, CITEM, Golden Shell Pavilion, Roxas Blvd. cor. Gil Puyat Ave., Pasay City.

Deadline for submission of quotation will be on 04 April 2017, Tuesday at 01:00pm at the same address upon payment of non-refundable Bidding Documents Fee of Two Hundred Pesos (PHP200.00).

Kindly submit your bid together with the following:

• Mayor’s Permit
• SEC/DTI Registration
• PhilGEPS Registration Number
• Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) duly stamped and received by BIR or Valid Tax Clearance
• Bid Securing Declaration
• Omnibus Sworn Statement
