INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT

Fabrication of Manila FAME T-Shirts for CITEM Employees and for Media Tokens Re: Manila FAME April 2016

In view of the two (2) failed public biddings, the Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM) Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites suppliers to participate in the negotiation for the Fabrication of Manila FAME T-Shirts for CITEM Employees and for Media Tokens Re: Manila FAME April 2016 accordance with Section 53.1 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.” The Approved Budget for the Contract is ONE HUNDRED NINETY TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (PHP192,500.00).

Pre-bid conference will be on April 05, 2016, Tuesday at 2:00pm upon payment of non-refundable Bidding Documents Fee of Two Hundred Pesos (PHP200.00). Submission of eligibility requirements, financial proposals, and the opening of bids will be on April 07, 2016, Thursday at 03:30pm at the same address.

   CITEM-BAC   reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive   any formality

   or accept such bids as   may be considered advantageous to the government.  

   Further, CITEM-BAC assumes   no obligation   whatsoever to   compensate or

   indemnify   the   bidders for expenses   or losses   that   may   be   incurred in  

   participating in this bidding.
