INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT

Hiring of Product Specialist/s for Lamps & Lighting and Holidays Décor Sectors Re: Manila FAME April 2016

In view of the two (2) failed public biddings, the Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM) Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites suppliers to participate in the negotiation for the Hiring of Product Specialist/s for Lamps & Lighting and Holidays Décor Sectors Re: Manila FAME April 2016 accordance with Section 53.1 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.” The Approved Budget for the Contract is NINE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PHP900,000.00).

Pre-bid conference will be on March 17, 2016, Thursday at 2:00pm upon payment of non-refundable Bidding Documents Fee of Five Hundred Pesos (PHP500.00). Submission of eligibility requirements, financial proposals, and the opening of bids will be on March 29, 2016, Tuesday at 05:30pm at the same address.

   CITEM-BAC   reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive   any formality

   or accept such bids as   may be considered advantageous to the government.  

   Further, CITEM-BAC assumes   no obligation   whatsoever to   compensate or

   indemnify   the   bidders for expenses   or losses   that   may   be   incurred in  

   participating in this bidding.
