REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

The Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM) invites all interested parties to submit quotation for:

 

Bilibid Exhibition ("Furniture Origin Exhibit")

    Particulars:         

            1) Mobilization/Demobilization   

                        a. mobilization/demobilization   

            2) Flooring supply including repair installation        

                        a. 3/4 inch thick plywood

            3) Wooden table purchase         

                        a. wooden table 1 - 1.2m (L) x 1.2m (W) x 0.5m (H) - 3/4" thk          

                            wooden table on A.P.F

                        b. wooden table 1 - 1.0m (L) x 1.0m (W) x 0.4m (H) - 3/4"thk          

                            wooden table on A.P.F

                        c. wooden tabl 1 - 1.0m (L) x 1.0m (W) x. 0.4m (H) - 3/4 thk 

                            wooden table on A.P.F

            4) Grid/railing purchase   

                        a. 1"x1" wooden stick 12 ft (H) in matte grey finish 

                            1/4 thick ordinary plywood     

            5) Wall panel purchase    

                        a. 3m (L) x 5m (H) x 0.10m thk wall panel in A.P.F     

                            wooden wall panel on A.P.F   

                        b. Printable sticker with matte lamination wooden wall panel on     A.P.F           

           

Scope of Work:      

1. the contractor shall supply, install, dismantle & haul the item listed  

    above on the specified materials & specifications.         

2. The contractor shall provide proofs & swatches prior to final

    fabrication for approval unless waived by an EDD representative     

    but to guarantee the best output.     

3. The contractor shall ensure the durability & quality of the items.       

4. The contractor shall install the items properly & in good condition   

    (without smudge, dirt, and stains & the like) on September 30,2014  

5. Delay of delivery or installation will call for deduction of 10% of         

    contract price.    

          

Approved Budget: Php 120,000.00

         

Quotations maybe submitted to BAC Secretariat, Administrative Services Division, CITEM, Golden Shell Pavilion, Roxas Blvd. cor. Gil Puyat Ave., Pasay City. Pre-bid conference will be on September 29, 2014, Monday at 2:30pm upon payment of non-refundable Bidding Documents Fee of Two Hundred Pesos (Php 200.00).  Deadline for submission of quotation will be on October 02, 2014, Thursday at 3:00pm at the same address.

 

Kindly submit your bid with a valid TAX Clearance issued by the Collection Enforcement Division of  Bureau of Internal Revenue (Quezon City main office) and Current Mayor’s/Business Permit.

CITEM-BAC  reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any formality or accept such bids as may be considered advantageous to the government.  Further, CITEM-BAC assumes no obligation whatsoever to compensate or indemnify the bidders for expenses or losses that may be incurred in participating in this bidding.
