2^nd SUPPLEMENTAL / BID BULLETIN No. 2019-0202-02

 

To all Prospective Bidders:

 

This Supplemental / Bid Bulletin is issued to clarify, modify or amend items in the Bid Documents for the  “SECURITY SERVICES FOR CITEM OFFICE AND ITS TRADE FAIR EVENTS”.

In line with the issues / queries raised during the pre-bidding conference held last 7 March 2019, the Procuring Entity needs sufficient time to address the same. In effect, the Procuring Entity shall correct / adjust / amend necessary bid documents for this requirement. In line with this, the Submission and Opening of Bids shall be necessarily moved from 28 March 2019, 2:00PM to 11 April 2019, 2:00PM.

Items not mentioned above remain the same.

This Supplemental/Bid Bulletin is being issued to clarify/modify/amend the specifications of the requirement needed, and not for purposes of delaying the proceedings of RA 9184.
