To all Prospective Bidders:

This Supplemental / Bid Bulletin is issued to clarify, modify or amend items in the Bid Documents for the  “ANNUAL JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR CITEM OFFICE AND ITS TRADE FAIR EVENTS”, in reference with the queries raised during the pre-bidding conference held last 30 April 2019.

This shall also form part of the Bid documents of the following requirements:

CLARIFICATIONS

Whether to follow the minimum administrative cost provided for by DOLE.

The Procuring Entity shall follow GPPB Non Policy Matter Opinion No. 120-2016 and other similar GPPB Non Policy issuances on the matter.

Some items in the List of Supplies on Section VI - Schedule of Requirements differs from the List of Supplies for the Detailed Bid in Section VIII - Bid Form.

List and Quantity of Supplies in the Detailed Bid for the Section VIII-Bid Form shall prevail.

Whether to attach the Memorandum of Agreements (MOA) to the Single Largest Completed Contract (SLCC) and Statement of All On-going Contracts.

Yes, in addition to Section 12.1.ii.9 of the Instruction to Bidders which states:

“End-user’s acceptance or official receipts or sale invoice issued for the contracts, if completed, which shall be attached to the statements.”


Items not mentioned above remain the same.

This Supplemental/Bid Bulletin is being issued to clarify/modify/amend the specifications of the requirement needed, and not for purposes of delaying the proceedings of RA 9184.
