NOTICE OF NON-AWARD

We regret to inform Roseco Marketing Ventures, the lowest calculated bidder for the Fabrication and Installation of the Modular Workstations at Golden Shell Pavilion Ground Floor is hereby cancelled due to non-availability of funds. The procurement for this requirement was processed late quarter of 2015 and, was not completed before the year ends. Hence, the budget for this requirement was not obligated.
