In view of the procurement activity conducted by the CITEM-Bids and Awards Committee for the project/article/works as described below, Notice of Award is hereby given, subject to the approval of contract, to:

Project	:	RENEWAL OF 17 LICENSES OF ADOBE CREATIVE CLOUD
Awarded Amount in Words	:	SIXTY-FOUR THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SIXTY-FOUR AND 35/100 PESOS PER UNIT OR ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED FOUR THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED NINETY-THREE AND 95/100 PESOS
Awarded Amount in Value	:	PHP 64,964.35 PER UNIT OR PHP1,104,393.95

You are hereby required to provide within ten (10) calendar days from receipt hereof the Performance Security in the form and in the amount prescribed by Section 39 of Republic Act 9184, otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act", and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), as well as enter a contract with CITEM. Failure to provide the Performance Security or to enter contract shall constitute sufficient ground for cancellation of this award and forfeiture of your bid security.                                                                                                                                                                                                            

It is understood that the above contractor/company/awardee shall adhere to the timetable and specifications as specified in the bidding documents of the above requirement.

You may coordinate with Mr. Clodualdo Evio, OIC-DC, Systems Management Development Division for the implementation of this Project.
