Reason for Award:           Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) is given priority in compliance with the guidelines of the Office of the President under Memorandum Circular No. 14 dated February 14, 2017 which direct all government departments, bureaus, offices, agencies and instrumentalities to give preference to PICC as venue for their official events.

PICC and Via Mare (PICC’s accredited exclusive caterer) has proper facilities and technical expertise to curate and service the full-course menu requirement. PICC is also located less than 2 kilometers away from CITEM, which allows ease of event facilitation and logistical transfers.
