REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

The Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM) invites all interested parties to submit quotation for:
Refill/Recharging of various Fire Extinguishers deployed
at Golden Shell Pavilion (CITEM Office) and HallONE
DRY CHEMICALS (10 lbs.)
42 A. Pressure Type
50 B. Cartridge Type
10 Estimated replacement of valve, Hose, Cartridge, etc.
(if necessary) for 10lbs. Cap.
Note:
1. Guarantee: 1 year
2. Free pick-up and delivery
3. Contractor to provided at least fifty (50) service units during the refill period.
4. Provide proper tagging and sticker for inspection records.
5. Contractor should be ISO certified.
6. Contractor to have one (1) refilled unit (randomly selected
by CITEM) tested at its own expense and tested unit should pass the required chemical analysis.
Approved Budget: Php 65,200.00
Quotations maybe submitted to BAC Secretariat, Administrative Services Division, CITEM, Golden Shell Pavilion, Roxas Blvd. cor. Gil Puyat Ave., Pasay City.Deadline for submission of quotation will be on 02 March 2015, Monday at 3:00pm at the same address.
